Neurodiversity Mental Health Support

Neurodiversity is the idea that variations in the human brain and nervous system—like autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other neurological differences—are natural and valuable parts of human diversity, rather than disorders to be “fixed.”

When it comes to mental health, neurodivergent people may experience challenges like anxiety, depression, or sensory overload, sometimes because their brains process the world differently or because of the stress of living in a world designed mostly for neurotypical people.

Supporting neurodiverse individuals means understanding and valuing their unique ways of thinking, communicating, and experiencing emotions, while also providing appropriate mental health support tailored to their needs.
