4Wings

Offers support and information to women have suffered domestic abuse and female Asylum Seekers, refugees and other women that feel socially excluded. Our activities include personal growth coaching, support network (coffee mornings), drop-in sessions (to assist with job search, CV writing, mock interviews, etc), creative workshops (art, dance, drama, poetry, drumming), fitness and self-defence classes and mental health advocacy sessions.

Comics Youth CIC

Offer a range of creative services designed to support and amplify the often-diminished voices of marginalised young people.

Bradbury Fields

The Be Active Service matches trained and dedicated volunteers with blind and partially sighted adults. This partnership enables visually impaired people to get out and about and to participate in a wide range of community activities, either as a one-off partnership or as an ongoing, regular group activity. Examples include personal shopping, museum and art exhibitions, social and recreational events and arts and crafts workshops to name a few.

Chinese Wellbeing Evergreen Club

Provide an opportunity for the elderly to participant in workshops and seminars to raise awareness and understanding of the local health and social care services. Provide skills and knowledge on self-care including prevention of ill health and managing chronic conditions. Granby Somali Women’s Group

Granby Somali Women’s Group (GSWG) was established in 1994 following the committed effort of several Somali women’s groups due to the raising influx of refugees from Somalia. The organisation’s main objective has always been to provide a safe environment for Somali women and children who have been forced to flee their own country due to the Civil War and the Famine. However, due to the large influx of BME Communities in Liverpool, the centre has now adapted its ethos with its open-door policy and provides services to all women, children and families residing in the Princes Park Ward.
